Graveside services for Mary Jean "Nanny" Jobe, age 65 of Carrollton, Texas will be held at 9:30 AM Friday, September 28, 2012 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas with Rev. Joe Gossett officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Roselawn Funeral Home of Seagoville. Memorial services will follow at 1:00 PM Friday, September 28, 2012 at Restland Coppell Funeral Home in Coppell.

Mary was born on March 7, 1947 in Galesburg, Illinois a daughter of the late Earl and Beulah Irene Downard Fitch and went to be with her Lord on September 25, 2012 in Plano surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was married to Bill Jobe on July 20, 1968 at the Holy Family of Nazareth Catholic Church in Irving. She was retired from the Irving Independent School District after 25 years of service as a district clerk. Nanny enjoyed crafting, scrapbooking, a relaxing sip of wine and more especially time with her loving family. A very giving lady, she volunteered at the Carrollton Senior Citizens Center and was always willing to do anything to help anyone.

She is survived by her loving husband of over 44 years, Bill Jobe of Carrollton, daughter, Johanna Sheldon of Keller, son, Patrick Jobe and his wife Rebecca of Euless, grandchildren, Ashley and Jack Sheldon and Brandon, Caleb and Hannah Jobe and their mother, Jackie as well as 3 brothers and 1 sister and numerous friends and other relatives.
