Judy Bill Cline, 63, of Wichita Falls, passed away Thursday, June 17, 2010.

The funeral service was conducted at 4:00 p.m. Monday, June 21, 2010 in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home with Dr. Isaac Butterworth, officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.

Judy was born on October 17, 1946 in Wichita Falls, Texas to J.B. and Velma Lorena (Ingram) Pierce. She retired from the State of Texas in 2007 where she worked for the Department of Aged and Disabled. She enjoyed gardening, and babysitting her grandchildren. Judy was a very giving person who never met a stranger, and loved her family dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father, J.B. Pierce; and her husband, Bill Cline in 2008.

She is survived by her mother, Velma Pierce of Wichita Falls; her daughter, Jennifer Dawn Vest and husband Mike of San Angelo; her son, Christopher James Cline and wife Melanie of Wichita Falls; two sisters, Lorena King of Wichita Falls, and Connie Howard and husband Jack of Cold Springs, Kentucky; and three grandchildren, Elizabeth Vest, Jamison Vest, and Garrett Cline.
