Barbara Elizabeth Yarger (Arendall)

Stan and I dated our senior year.  He was so much fun and so sweet.

We had an experience when we went to the Senior Night at the Drive-in.  We doubled with Danny Nichols and his girlfriend.  The place was packed.  Half way through we left to go get some beer (for the guys).  When we came back to the drive in, it was too crowed to get to where we were parked by going through the entrance.  So we drove through the exit and parked in our empty place that was still empty.

Shortly after that, the "manager" comes and gets us. He CALLED THE POLICE on us for trespassing!  The entrance was FREE!  We did not see how we were doing anything wrong.  But they took us to jail.  Fortunately the policeman that rode with Stan and I let us pull over and throw away the beer.  Stan's Mother bailed us both out.  Stan's Mom raised hell for us the next day and the charges were dropped.

Stan was a good guy.  The world was a better place for his presence.
