TULSA, Okla. - Sidney "Sid" Clifford Surginer Jr., 64, also known as "Junior," of Tulsa, Okla., formerly of Wichita Falls, died Friday, June 17, 2011.

Services were at 10:30 a.m. June 23, 2011, at Moore's Funeral Home at Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st St., Tulsa. A military honors funeral was held at 1 p.m. the same day at Fort Gibson.

Mr. Surginer was a Marine Corps Vietnam veteran. He was retired as a real estate appraiser.

Survivors include wife, Blye Bowen Surginer; two children, Dea Edney of Dumfries, Va. and Clint Surginer of Fort Worth; two brothers, Floyd Dixon of Wichita Falls and Raymond Dixon of Dallas.
